The large intramuscular injection trainer is self-sealing and can be drained of fluids easily.  It will last through multiple training sessions without deteriorating.  This trainer can withstand 6000 injections and doesn’t need to be drained as often as the small injection trainer.  Accordingly, the large intramuscular injection trainer is an excellent choice for group training.
